Skydive Sebastian

I called to book a Skydive for my sons and a friend that I flew in from out of town for his birthday. I got a lady on the phone and she told me about the jump and I told my son and he said yes, call back and book the jump but when I called back I was given to a different company a third party and they never told me that I was not speaking with the drop zone person that I spoke with first time. I called and the jump zone called 1/2 hour before the jump and said they could not jump today to try to get my $1,086.90 back from the third party, and the third party said they won't refund my money. My sons friend came to visit for his birthday and now his whole birthday is wasted and I could not do anything else for him without my money, and they would not give it to me. When I spoke to the lady again she said that she does not take your money up front because the weather changes every minute and that would not be fair to hold so much of your money. But this third party company just came back someone else they did this to and won't give me back mine.
