this business is a scam and Curtis Lunderman and Kenneth Forbes are both involved in the fraud.
exspecially ladies they will give false information in reference to the business. also ask for money up front and then they will abandon your job. you will be out of money and left with an incomplete house with many problems because none of the crew knows how to build or the rules and regulations by the state.do not let them pull a permit or give them any money. this is very serious. it is a crime and they can be arrested and have been already many times. please call the state dbpr in tallahassee or call your local sheriff ofc.this is a real alert people please watch for these two and the business name may have been changed. there is definately criminal intent
