Salon True Owner Elia Monvel Committing Deceptive Practices

Salon True is a hair salon located in Sherman Oaks C.A.
Salon True is owned by Elia Monvel.

Elia Monvel of Salon True is far from honest and manages his business in a manner harmful to his customers and clients.
For many years in his previous location on Ventura Boulevard and in his newer location, just steps from his old salon, also on Ventura Boulevard, Elia Monvel of Salon True uses cheap drug store, namely CVS store products that he commonly pours into empty bottles of more expensive brands.
He pockets the differences while deceiving his clients and pretending to use the expensive brands on their hair during appointments.
In reality, and much more disturbing, he also sells, at premium prices, various popular shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and other extremely pricey hair products which also are not actually said brands.
The products that he sells at Salon True, are far cheaper and less effective and even harmful chemical additives that he obtains from fraudulent companies and then presents as "Oribe" and other expensive brands.
I used to work at his salon, Salon True, as a hair stylist, thus I have first-hand knowledge of his very deceptive and harmful practices.
I left his salon and started my own business.
Elia Monvel continues to harass and stalk me in order to compete with my salon and keep tabs on my list of customers.
I suspect that he does so because he is insecure about his own salon and business.

Ever Florez used to work for Elia Monvel at Salon True.
During the time Ever Florez worked for Elia Monvel, they secretly had a thing going. That thing was an intimate thing.
Yes, despite Elia Monvel being married to a woman, having children, and claiming to be heterosexual, according to Ever Florez Elia Monvel enjoys males.
And when disagreements started to form concerning Elia Monvel, wife, family, and so on, Ever Florez became disenchanted with the secret arrangement and sought to leave.
However, when he did finally leave, Ever Florez not only stole clients from Salon True, he also stole a lot of products and other supplies.
Therefore, the problem with Elia Monvel using counterfeit Oribe and other popular hair products and salon supplies extends much farther than just harming his own customers, Ever Florez, too, then used those fake products on his clients at his own shady salon. So Ever Florez has been and is cheating his customers as well.
Ever Florez was never known for his integrity so it makes complete sense that he steals, manipulates, and cheats his customers.
And, for reference, his salon is currently an upper floor room that he shared with his now partner Alisa, also a former employee of Salon True and Elia Monvel.
Ever Florez has named his salon Best Hair Ever.
Ironically, his salon is located directly across the street from Salon True.
This should say a lot of negative things about his character.
I used to work with Ever Florez and I know that he does not nearly fulfil that title " Best Hair Ever ".
His work is shoddy and low quality.
The Instagram and Yelp photos are all stolen from other sources.
And, to this day, Ever Florez continues to brag to anyone who will listen to him, that he used to have an affair with Elia Monvel.
