Chris Combe, the CEO of Forest Pulse is facing allegations of racist and sexist behaviour towards colleagues there. Combe has been reported for using various slurs, for using homophobic terms and for hateful behaviour in general.

Combe divulged to one female colleague that he was barred from joining the police, due to showing racist sentiment and discriminatory patterns towards ethnic minorities.
