A predator by the name of Shai Natan is parading as a contractor for residential and commercial renovations.

Be very vigilant of this man named Shai Natan.

I am compelled to publicize the horrible acts of Shai Natan.
He raped my daughter.
My daughter is only 10 years old.
Authorities are investigating. However, I am very hesitant to put my small, already traumatized daughter through th rigors of investigations.

And, I have been told by many other members of the community that Shai Natan has also sexually assaulted their very young boys.

Simply because he might get away with his atrocious acts does not mitigate all of the trauma and other harm he has caused.
I do want to warn the public, though.
Please do not obtain or contract for any renovation or other services with Shai Natan.
For his actual general contractor services, he takes excess amounts of monetary payments up front, in violation of California laws that limit deposits to 10% or 1,000.00. He also demands additional excessive payments before he deluvers materials.
Then he delivers materials that are nit in the conteact.
He is extremely underhanded and dishonest.
He refuses to finish prohects, takes money, disappears, and then reguses to take responsibility for his ludicrous behaviour.
He also causes extensive damages to properties, then leaves the property owners to have to handle expensive repairs and deal with the extensive fallout of his actions. He uses undocumented, unskilled day laboreres from Home Depot parling lots. He steals personal belongings from people's properties. He lies and has no respect gor his clients and customers. He treats people with disdain and hatred. Initially, before he is hired, he is phony, pretends to "nice," and "accomodating."
However, once he takes monetary payments, he is the real, genuine manipulator that he is. He is a pathological lira. He trains his unskilled workers to take short curs and cheat property owners. He encourages his workers to steal just as he steals. He takes all monies, minus maybe the last 1,000.00 far before he completes the work, then he disappears. He leaves ruin and destruction and extreme costs in his wake.
He disregards laws and regulations governing contractors.
He simply does not care.
His Yelp reviews are all phony. He has "5-star" Yelp reviews which are all bought & paid for. The reviews are all bots.
The photos on his website are also fake photos. The photos are not of his own work. The pictures are photos that he purchased and is using to mislead & sway potential customers.
Everything about Shai Natan & his business is dishonest, misleading, false.
He steals money by deceptive practices. In other words, he acquires customers with fake "5-star" reviews and phony photos of work that he has never performed.
Shai Natan then demands huge sums of money up front and proceeds to actually damage and destroy peoples' homes and other properties.
And he denies all responsibility.
