Ashley Furniture Homestore SCAMS Customers.

The employees & the company SCAM people-And NEVER stand behind their Promises. Ashley Home Store is the WORST Scamming company!
I've been scammed twice in a row. The saleswoman's name is Fatima.
She pressured me to purchase a Tempurepedic, though I repeatedly told her it was out of budget.
So she scammed me with blessings of her manager, Jacob Williams.
She lied that she'd include headboard & adjustable base with Zero Gravity function.
But, on the day of delivery, I was forced to deal with the RUDEST delivery men, Juan Mercado & his partner.
Worst of all, despite me clearly asking them not to use anything dirty on my brand new while rugs while assembling the DYSFUNCTIONAL bed, they intentionally stained my new rugs. They were arrogant. And when I told them what they did & how upset I was, they were argumentative & rude.
The headboard had NO side rails.
Eventhough the bottom was attached to the base, the big heavy headboard itself pitched forward.
The base had NO Zero Gravity setting & was absolute trash.
I WAS LIED TO & MANIPULATED BY FATIMA, in order for her to make her sales quota.
Here's the WORST part:
When I called the store, it went straight to main customer service. I was on hold for over 2 hours. After 2 grueling hours a male employee arrogantly answered & provided no help--He barely even spoke. Just sat on the line and acted tired & "WHO CARES"!
When I asked for a supervisor, he hung up on me. I went through this 5 times, with the same type of employees. AND EACH ONE HUNG UP ON ME!
No matter how many of the hundreds of Ashley "customer service" numbers I called & called & called, NO ONE helped me!
If i receive no resolution, I'LL FILE A DISPUTE, BASED UPON FRAUD, WITH MY BANK & I WILL GET A FULL REFUND (WHILE STILL HAVING THE MERCHANDISE, WHICH I'LL THEN SELL).
THE STORE REFUSES TO HELP ME. CORPORATE should take responsibility!
Also, store manager Jacob Williams committed discrimination against me as I am disabled. He refused to provide any viable option--In fact, he pressured me to BUY MORE He was the most rude, arrogant, unsympathetic person. In fact, while I was there & pleading for his help, there were NINE OTHER very angry customers with the same problem. And when I attempted to speak to them, he suddenly ATTACKED ME!
Also beware that he and CEO Todd R. Wanek are domestic partners & registered pedophiles.
