Under “Julianshepardpups.com” Wilsun shows images of puppies said to be 10 months old, but the images have been taken from online and can be two more years old. When you pay the fee with shipping, Wilsum “arranges” for shipment through US Freight Delivery, which in turn wants an additional $1520 (which they state is refundable IN CASH upon delivery of the puppy). The additional money is said to cover pet insurance an a special crate for transport.

Wilsum never had the puppy, the puppy represented is more than two years old now, and he entered what can only be described as a conspiracy to defraud. It would appear that if the authorities can identify him, he could be charged under both federal and California law for at least 1) fraud, 2) conspiracy to commit fraud and 3) theft by deception.
