"Dated" Art for a while and helped him financially after he told me sob story after sob story. He has since taken off with thousands of my dollars and some assets. The district attorney confirmed for me what type of guy he is.. Has been to prison before.
Art has put me through bankruptcy. Good luck trying to find him through any of his family members (Berna Howe, Sarita Howe, and Paul Erekson).. they won't talk. None of them will help out the real victims either. This guy is good at what he does, has been doing it for years! I know he's living near Chula Vista/Eastlake right now.
