US Lt named Jeffrey Miller - not real name

There is a person using pics of a US Lt named Jeffrey Miller, which is attached and he is conning tons of women out of tons of money using various aliases. He hasn't scammed me, but he is scamming someone I know. She hasn't given him money yet and he has asked for it, but I am sure he will try to break her down. He was featured on the show 20/20 and it was revealed that he lives in Ghana and his real name is Don Moore. Now he's using the alias Dom Moore on Facebook as well as Smark King and John Smark. Just wanted to warn others out there to be extremely careful if they are approached.
